Yes. Maintoro supports CSV import for assets. If you are switching from another CMMS (MaintainX, Limble, UpKeep, Fiix, eMaint) or from spreadsheets, export your asset list and import it directly. Contact hello@maintoro.com for migration assistance.
When you reach 2 users, 50 assets, or 100 work orders in a month, Maintoro will notify you and offer an upgrade to the Starter plan ($15/user/month). Your existing data is always accessible and you can upgrade at any time.
Yes. Maintoro has a mobile app for iOS and Android. Technicians can create and update work orders, complete PM checklists, and scan QR codes on equipment β all from their smartphone without needing a desktop.
Create a recurring PM schedule linked to a specific asset. Set the interval (every 30 days, every 250 operating hours, etc.) and add a checklist of tasks. Maintoro sends automatic reminders when PM is due. Technicians complete the checklist on mobile and the completion is logged with a timestamp.
Yes. Maintoro Pro ($39/user/month) supports multi-site β manage assets, work orders, and maintenance records across multiple buildings or properties from one account.
Yes. Every work order and PM completion is logged with the date, time, technician name, and completion notes. The full audit log is exportable to CSV for insurance inspections, ISO 9001 audits, HACCP reviews, or any other compliance requirement.
Starter ($15/user/month) includes unlimited work orders, unlimited PM schedules, unlimited assets, QR codes, and basic reports. Pro ($39/user/month) adds parts and inventory management, multi-site support, advanced reports, and API access.
No. Monthly billing requires no contract β cancel at any time. Annual billing saves 20% and is also cancellable; unused months are refunded.
